It seems hard to believe but I am 10 months into my TRANSFORMATION journey. I have less than 2 months to go. As I reviewed my blog posts, I realized it had been quite a while since I last updated everyone on my progress with these goals so I figured this week's post was the perfect time to do so. So much has changed in my life in the past 10 months- many of those things are accomplishments, things that I have achieved, but more than that, I have undergone a mindset shift. I am no longer afraid of fear. I pursue my goals with aligned action and the results have been truly amazing. Don't underestimate yourself- you too can do amazing things!

How have I transformed healthwise?

This week begins Week 22 of strength training with Garage Strong Fitness, In the past 21 weeks, I have worked out with weights at least 3 times a week, I love my new workouts and I will never be able to thank Dawn Reese of Garage Strong Fitness enough for pushing me to be my best.

This week also begins Week 14 of my renewed commitment to running. A little over a month ago, I completed Couch to 5K. Since then, I have been working on the 5K Pacer program. I am so proud of all the progress that I have made. All these runs begin with a 5 min warmup and a 5 min cool down and even with that, I am averaging between a 13-14 min mile.

I have also added pickleball to my activity repertoire. Every week, my husband and I have found time to play pickleball. My initial struggles playing pickleball have improved and I even got my own paddle this past week (of course, it is purple!)

Nutrition wise, I am still a work in progress, but I am making better choices and know that they are paying off every day.

How have challenges helped me to grow and reflect?

Tomorrow, I start my third 90 day Lindsay Titus journal. Every day, I begin my day with reflection and end it the same way. This past month, through reflection, I have learned to adjust my expectations of myself. Realizing that I could no longer keep up with blogging every three days, I adjusted to blogging once a week for TannenbaumTech. In August, I began a monthly blog series on the Teach Better blog called Tech Better. I realized that reading for 10-15 minutes a day wasn't sustainable and adjusted my expectations on this too.

How have challenges helped me to TRANSFORM?

I feel like this alone could be one blog post. So much has happened in the past ten months. I am now a published author and a small business owner. But recently even more amazing things have happened.

First, I began my ISTE Certification journey yesterday after winning one of twenty NASA scholarships. This month, I am so excited to be presenting for the first time at the ISTE Creative Constructor Lab. In addition, I have my morning keynote at the UnisonEDU conference and my first time presenting at Fall CUE.

In November, I have my first in person presentations since February 2020 at GaETC and IETC, including my first all day workshop.  So many exciting things are ahead, while so many amazing things continue to happen every day. I am so proud of all the work we are doing at my school to plan and integrate technology with INTENT.  Definitely check at my Wixie webinar on Tuesday to see all the awesomeness at 7 PM EST- https://meet.google.com/kis-fsbv-kke?pli=1
